A classic but a favorite, here’s the BEST homemade vanilla latte recipe:
EQUIPTMENT:
• espresso machine (we use an ascaso machine - linked in our amazon store front) OR you can use an Italian moka pot or nespresso w/ re-usable pods.
• glass/jar
• stir spoon (the golden one you see in this reel is linked in our Amazon storefront)
• frother (if making hot)
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 shots of espresso ☕️ (Baja roast is our favorite on the store from Sunny coffee co.)
• homemade vanilla bean syrup (recipe linked in bio)
• 6-8 oz of milk (I love Oatly as a creamier alternative milk)
• ice
THE PROCESS:
FOR ICED:
• at three bottom of the glass put 1 pump (about 3 sec counting) of homemade vanilla bean syrup.
• pull 2 shots of espresso into the glass (about 2 fl oz.) using Sunny Coffee Co.’s Baja Roast espresso (my personal fav.)
• stir until syrup and espresso are well mixed
• pour 6-8 oz of your milk of choice.
• add ice
• stir
FOR HOT:
at three bottom of the mug put 1 pump (about 3 sec counting) of homemade vanilla bean syrup.
• pull 2 shots of espresso into the mug (about 2 fl oz.) using Sunny Coffee Co.’s Baja Roast espresso (my personal fav.)
• stir until syrup and espresso are well mixed
• froth 6-8 oz of your milk of choice (If you don’t have a frother you can simply warm up milk in the microwave for 30-45 sec.)
• pour frothed milk into the mug
