Delicious tasting latte for both hot and iced drinks! This kind of latte is a great natural alternative to all those sugary coffee syrups. It's light on the stomach and rich in flavor!
Makes 1 medium size latte
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup or 8 oz. of Milk
- 1/4 Cup Strong Coffee or 1-2 Shots of Espresso
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3-4 Tsp Maple Syrup
Instructions (for hot latte)
- Pull 2 shots of espresso (Horizon Roast, Golden Roast, Baja Roast), you can use an Italian Moka maker or espresso machine.
- Add maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon in to a mug, stir until well combined.
- Heat and Froth the milk of your choice. Oat milk is a great alternative milk that's creamy or if you enjoy cow's milk, whole milk is the creamiest.
- You can froth the milk using your espresso machine with a steam wand or heat the milk in a microwave until your desired temperature :)
- Add the milk into the mug and ta-da you're done!

- Add milk of your choice. Oat milk is a great alternative milk that's creamy or if you enjoy cow's milk, whole milk is the creamiest!
- Add the milk into the glass with ice and ta-da you're done!
